Andrew is the former Course Director of Accountancy & Finance programmes at Dublin Business School.
During his 8 years at DBS, as Course Director, Andrew lectured extensively and was responsible for the design, development and management of numerous programmes.
Andrew joined PAT Business School in June 2020 and designed a range of new programmes focused on the evolving skills demanded the contemporary Fintech, Risk & Compliance professional.
He recently resigned from his role at PAT Business School, has co-founded FIDEO-Global and is now working closely with numerous partners in the Fintech ecosystem.
He emphasises the active involvement of industry in all of his programmes development and delivery, and he collaborates closely with a wide number of universities, colleges, financial service providers & professional bodies.
Prior to his move into education & training Andrew had a broad experience of the financial services industry, including working for banks, hedge funds, and an investment consultancy.

Adrian Hunter has extensive experience and success in the sport, finance and leisure sectors spanning a 40-year career. In addition to corporate finance expertise, managing a lending portfolio with Barclays PLC. Adrian successfully transitioned into the sport sector, holding executive positions for national players within the sector. Finally, Adrian was a co-founder of one of the leading event management, catering and commercial businesses within the sport sector from its inception to ultimate sale to an Australian based listed PLC.
Tracy brings over 25 years of experience across banking, adult education, and training coordination.
With a strong background in compliance, operations management, programme delivery, and learner support, she ensures FIDEO’s operations run smoothly, strategically, and in line with regulatory standards.
Orlágh brings over seven years of experience in educational management, programme development, and student support.
She specialises in developing and implementing innovative strategies to enhance student engagement, streamline operations, and design policies that align with best practice in education and is currently completing a Master of Education in Digital Leadership.
Ben Ivory is a course administration intern, supporting the effective delivery of academic programmes through key administrative tasks. Having recently graduated with a Bachelor of Laws degree from SETU Waterford, Ben applies strong organisational skills and a proactive, detail-oriented approach to their work
JB is our fintech strategic advisor with a track record of building and scaling high-performance teams across trading, blockchain, and digital assets. He leads a tech company at the intersection of traditional finance and digital asset infrastructure, and consults for fintech companies specialising in trading and regulatory strategy. Combining hands-on technical expertise (AI/ML, smart contracts, trading systems, financial modelling) with board-level governance experience, he advises on regulatory navigation and emerging technology adoption in financial services.
Mick Esber is an expert technology leader with over 20 years’ experience working with start-ups and fast-moving tech organisations. To date his career has seen him work across Fintech, Health, Gaming and defence and now Social Media.
