Andrew Quinn is Co-Founder and Managing Director of Fideo Global, bringing more than 25 years of experience across financial markets, Fintech, risk and executive education.

Andrew began his career in international capital markets, holding roles with Lehman Brothers and Liberty Capital in London before moving into the hedge fund sector, with senior trading, treasury and investment roles across Europe, the Bahamas and the United States.

Over the past decade, Andrew has combined his industry experience with a strong focus on financial services education and professional development. He has designed and led programmes in Fintech, risk, and regulatory compliance while working closely with financial institutions, industry bodies, academia and other stakeholders.

At Fideo Global, Andrew leads the organisation’s strategy, partnerships and international development, with a particular focus on building practical, industry-led education and advisory solutions that respond to the evolving needs of financial services and Fintech.

Andrew holds an MSc in Finance from Trinity College Dublin and a BBS in Business Studies from Waterford Institute of Technology.

Tracy brings over 25 years of experience across banking, adult education, and training coordination. With a strong background in compliance, operations management, programme delivery, and learner support, she ensures Fideo’s operations run smoothly, strategically, and in line with regulatory standards.

Orlágh brings over seven years of experience in educational management, programme development, and student support. As Head of Digital Learning and Inclusion at Fideo Global she specialises in developing and implementing innovative strategies to enhance student engagement, streamline operations, and deliver best practice in educational content development and student support. Orlágh holds a Master of Education in Digital Leadership.

Oliver is Co-Founder and Head of Commercial at Fideo Global. A chartered accountant with many years within financial services, he has worked on both sides of regulation: building financial, risk and internal audit functions inside regulated firms, and advising on frameworks. In football he was heavily involved in the acquisition of Wigan Athletic as Chief Financial and Investment Officer at EPIC Gibraltar and served on the club’s board afterwards. His doctoral research examined how boards make decisions under overconfidence, which is where much of Fideo’s approach to executive learning comes from.
